Return Policy

brightRoots ONLY accepts replacement's  for items purchased directly from our website within 48 hours from delivery under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged product upon arrival.
  2. Incorrect item received.
  3. Product is defective or does not function as described.

For replacement, it’s essential to provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the issue with the item. All original packaging must be intact, and the item must not show any visible signs of wear or damage beyond the issue reported.

Replacement Process (Step by Step)

  1. Report the issue (within 48 hours from delivery) – Email us at support@thebrightroots.com with your order number, reason, and an unboxing video.

  2. Verification (2 working days) – Our team will review your request and confirm if it qualifies for a replacement.

  3. Pickup (within 2–4 working days) – If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your address.

  4. Transit to our warehouse – It usually takes 4-5 working days  time for the courier to deliver the returned product to us.

  5. Final Check – Once received, we’ll inspect the product to ensure it’s undamaged and in its original packaging.

  6. Replacement Shipped – After approval, we’ll dispatch your fresh product right away.

🕒 Total Timeframe: The entire replacement process generally takes 12–15 working days from the day you report the issue.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your return and it is approved after inspection, we will either ship you a new product for the same order or issue store credits equal to your order value. The decision to provide store credits or send a replacement depends on stock availability and company policy. If store credits are issued, you can use them to reorder the same product or explore any other product from our store.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if articles delivered are undamaged, doesn't align with your order specifications or based on false claims.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Store credits may take 2-3 days to process . If you have not received your after this period, please email us and we will investigate further.
